Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase(s) to return or exchange the item. Items must be in reasonable condition unless it is a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects must be confirmed by PEEC Staff to be honored.

 

Customers using the PEEC Online shopping feature must first call and speak to a PEEC Staff person if they wish to return or exchange an item. Arrangements will be made at that time on how and when the item is to be returned. Those calling must provide the purchasers' name and have the purchase/receipt number of the purchase when speaking with a PEEC Staff person. A refund will be made electronically when the item is returned. Electronic refunds may take up to fourteen (14) business days to show in an account.
